The Ruger Armorer's Training Program is a multiple-day, practical work course designed to cover Ruger double-action
revolvers, P-Series pistols, the Mini-14® family of rifles, Ruger Carbines, and the MP-9's: their functioning, construction, assembly,
and testing with emphasis on inspection, troubleshooting, service, and repair for the police or military armorer.
Field Schools are offered as customized training sessions lasting from 1 to 5 days, based on the individual needs of the
hosting agency. Courses are available for Ruger double-action revolvers, P-Series pistols, the Mini-14® family of rifles,
Ruger Carbines, and the MP-9 SMG.
Courses are held throughout the country at regional locations and at our facility in Newport, New Hampshire. Upon successful
completion of the course, each participant receives an official course certificate. Applicants are admitted based on the urgency
of the training requirement and the date of application.
